This once summer home facing Boston was completely reworked with additions and ironically very few changes to the footprint. The goal was to create a shingle style single family home maximizing the views toward Boston and the harbor. The end result places the kitchen and family room on the water side. The mater bedroom suite on the water side with private deck. The third floor was designed with a gentle arched dormer facing the harbor to provide for a nice third floor recreation room. This was a complete gut and renovation in it’s current location with additions.
